Learning and design is all about me.
The nexus of learning, technology and design - what I really interested in.
Who I am. I am a learning experience designer with a background in graphic design, behavioral science, and learning. My comprehensive experience in sociology, education and design allows thorough understanding of tasks and solving them in the simplest and fastest way. Launching a distance learning platform in an IT-company helped me solidify my belief, that I find joy in helping people develop and learn.
How I help teams achieve KPIs. My colleagues always seeking my assistance, especially in difficult situations. For example, when the HR team needed to set up the corporate Instagram account within 2 days, the HR director approached me, and we successfully completed the project. While working at Coca-Cola company, there were numerous situations where we had to prepare a layout for a kickoff meeting or market visit asap.
My work. I always collaborate with people by clearly understanding their goals and tasks, and then finding ways to solve them with minimal financial and time investment. For example, I have directly interacted with the CEO and top-managers of companies. I frequently received assignments for urgent presentations before important meetings.
How I can be helpful. I am always ready to offer suitable solutions to pedagogical challenges and apply my technical skills and knowledge of graphic software to visualize educational experiences.
It's all about me. Everything related to growth and development is a part of who I am. Conducting classes and assessments at the University, writing articles about design, participating in the marathon in Tel- Aviv, conducting a clay modeling workshops for kids, hosting a podcast with prominent personalities in the ceramics world, creating a clay tea set, volunteering during Hanukkah, completing a QA-course from Yandex.Praktikum. I have diverse experience, and I am always happy to be of help to colleagues and the world.
