Situation and Solution
The first month of work in the company is always interesting and informative. The employee joins the company, explores the organizational structure and scope of work. Today, the teams are located all over the world. In our company, it was decided to create LMS-platform and «Onboarding course» was the first one to do. The information in it includes:
1. Mission, vision and strategy of the company.
2. Directions of development.
3. Divisions of the company. Top management.
4. Product life cycle.
5. Values and corporate culture.
The course provides all the necessary information for a beginner to get acquainted with the company for the first time.

Process
The project progressed through multiple stages. First, an Action Map was compiled in Mindmeister. Then the Roadmap of the project ― in Notion, taking into account the time for the manager to collect the necessary information for the course, the work of a copywriter, receiving feedback from test groups of newcomers and experienced employees of the company, making the necessary adjustments, implementing a gamification system in the company's LMS.
To increase efficiency, the long course was divided into three separate parts, after each of them the employee received a token with a level. The course included interactivity with questions on the material covered, videos, interview with a top manager and a success story in a synthesized voice form. Statistics were displayed in the profile of the Training Manager.
Design-system
The course was developed within the company's corporate design system. The cold blue color scheme sets the tone for reliability, abstract and technological graphics speak about the direction of the company's work in the IT-field, the text carries not only meaning, but also acts as a visual element.
Full development
The final development of the project was done in ISpring Learn. The MVP of the project was finalized with animation in Adobe After Effect and Adobe Media Encoder (for conversion to the required format). I also added the ability to repeat the response in tests. All the adjustments were based on the results of the work of the test groups.
